RFID Evan Wallet

The presence of RFID chips in our credit cards and international passports has greatly increased in the last several years, and you can bet there are thieves who want the data on those chips. A company called Ainste has come up with some products to help keep your information safe while traveling.

For cards in particular, they’ve got the RFID Small Evan Wallet (holds 10 cards) and its smaller cousin, the RFID Evan Wallet Mini (holds 5 cards). Each one has a built-in RFID shield so your stuff can’t just be scanned while you’re out and about. They’ve also got an external elastic band where you can securely store stuff: cash, commonly-used cards, SD cards, or even a USB stick.

As for passports, they’ve got a RFID Travel Sleeve, but it’s unfortunately sold out at the moment. You can sign up on the page to be notified of its return, though. The wallets listed above are both $45, and come in blue or black.
