Credit cards. IDs. Memberships. Loyalty cards. Gift cards. It’s easy to let your wallet get weighed down over time by all this cruft, a lot of which you rarely ever need to whip out.

No my friend, you can do better than that. You’re no George Costanza. Get yourself a minimal wallet that can hold only a few essentials instead, and leave the rest in a secure place where you can get those things out when you truly need them.

What it’s made of: 100% polyester.

What it’s got: Two card slots on the front, two on the back, and a sleeve in the middle where you can stash a few bills or coins. Also, an RFID blocking layer and a striped fabric lining that offers a nice little splash of color every time you open it.

What it’s made of: Genuine leather and 300D polyester fabric exterior with soft nylon interior.

What it’s got: The nylon-lined, RFID-blocking center card compartment fits 6 cards comfortably, with a quick-access pull tab to easily get at them. The front and back each sport an additional card/cash pocket, and there’s a mini slip pocket on the front where you can store something like an SD card or a key.

What it’s got: Slots for just three cards — talk about minimal! — with a window on the front for sliding that card up, plus a rearside notch at the top for getting out that card. The front slot blocks RFID, while the back one doesn’t, so you can just tap that side of the wallet against an NFC reader.

What it’s made of: Decommissioned used fire hose polyester material, sewn with T90 nylon thread and edged with 1″ Mil-Spec nylon binding.

What it’s got: The single card sleeve holds up to 8 cards, with an elastic strap on the back where you can put your cash.

What it’s got: Most notably, this wallet holds a Fisher Bullet Space Pen and an extra-small Moleskine Volant notebook, which can be included with or excluded from your wallet order. It also has space for 3 cards in the notebook flap and 5–10 more cards (or cash/receipts) in the thumb-slot pouch. The leather inherently stretches over time to accommodate these things more comfortably.
