The first Mac I ever owned was a 12-inch PowerBook G4. Affectionately named Reepicheep, the G4 had a 1.33 GHz processor, 1.25 GB of RAM, and an 80 GB, 4200 RPM hard drive. I used that laptop every day for three years. I cut my teeth for design and development on that PowerBook. I started writing my weblog on that PowerBook. And my ever growing passion for writing and creating and being geeky all grew while using that little guy. I am thankful for the PowerBook and how it helped kickstart the careers and hobbies find myself in today. And I am thankful for Steve Jobs and that he was able to dream up and then deliver digital products like this one into our lives.
