I was recently gifted a YETI Rambler 10oz Lowball, and I have to say, it’s very nice. It’s a vacuum-insulated tumbler that can keep your morning coffee hot for an hour or so, then keep your nighttime bourbon cold even longer. Use it around the house or take it camping, it works great either way.

Like all YETI products, the durable construction is top-notch so you don’t have to worry about it breaking, and it doesnt sweat so it won’t leave a ring when you set it down on a table. The included see-through lid is shatterproof and dishwasher-safe, but keep in mind that the (for lack of a better term) sip hole doesn’t close, so unless you upgrade to their MagSlider Lid, you’ll still have to be careful of spills.

Get the plain stainless steel version for $20 on Amazon. They also offer a few models with a DuraCoat color grip.

Another excellent alternative (albeit one without a lid at all) is the AVEX “Sundowner” insulated rocks glass.
