Todoist

I woke up on New Year’s day and overhauled my task management. I imported (manually) everything into Todoist. Was there anything wrong with OmniFocus for me? No, but I like to shake things up sometimes. After spending some time testing Todoist for the Simple List review I did for The Sweet Setup, it peaked my interest.

Todoist is a popular app among my friends (See Episode #15 of Canvas), so I knew I was buying into a great ecosystem. After a few months of usage, it’s going to fit my needs nicely. Todoist works across tons of platforms (the web, PC, Android, Apple, etc), so I can access it anywhere. Todoist also works with countless other platforms like IFTTT, Zapier, and Workflow.

Todoist is a free download on Mac and iOS. There is an optional $28.99 annual premium upgrade for additional features like adding tasks via email, location based notifications, and file uploads to tasks.
