French design firm Orée has launched a new keyboard made from a single piece of maple or walnut, each keyboard is crafted, polished, oil-finished and assembled by hand in southern France.

The Bluetooth-enabled keyboard runs $163 (€125.00), and will run “several months” on a set of AAA batteries. It comes in layout for the Mac as well as the PC. The keycaps can come in one of three fonts: Fedra, Mrs Eaves or Didot. A 30 character custom message can be engraved on the keyboard as well.
