I’ve always enjoyed Jeffrey Brown’s Star Wars books. With great illustrations, they make for some incredible “bed time” stories for my children.

I recently found out that he has some books for older kids as well. Starting with the “middle school years”, this new series focuses on our familiar heroes (and villains) as they hit the teenage years. You’ll want to start with Jedi Academy, but there is also Return of the Padawan and The Phantom Bully.
