PuraSense Essential Oil Diffuser

Earlier this year, around the same time my wife and I bought that Tramontina skillet I wrote about at the time, we also picked up this PuraSense essential oil diffuser. We’d been interested in trying an oil diffuser for a while, but we didn’t want to blow a bunch of money on one. Plus, our travel trailer is a relatively small space, so we didn’t want a huge diffuser either.

After months of use, we can say that the PuraSense has fit our needs perfectly. For starters, it works like you’d expect: Fill the reservoir, add a few drops of whatever essential oil you like (we like peppermint), twist the cover on, and turn it on. It immediately begins emitting vapor and continues for whatever number of minutes you set with the timer button (30, 60, 120, or 180). It also offers four colors of ambient light — white (our preference), blue, green, and red — all of which come in bright and dim settings.

We typically keep the diffuser on the centrally located dining room table in our 27-foot travel trailer, and the aromas it produces are able to nearly fill the entire space. I realize that’s a somewhat niche use-case, but I could see this thing working very nicely in an office cubicle, studio apartment, or any small room.
