One of the best ways to brew a great cup of coffee is using a pourover method — a couple of the more popular options are the Chemex and Hario V60 brewers. The Pour Mason is an interesting Kickstarter that aims to apply this same idea to mason jars.

The concept is simple: twist one of the Pour Mason brewers onto a mason jar, insert your cone filter and coffee, and pour hot water over the grounds so that they brew directly into the jar.

There’s nearly a month left to get in on the Kickstarter campaign, but it already seems like a safe bet that they’ll meet their funding goal.
