Over at The Sweet Setup, PDFpen was chosen as the best PDF app for Mac. PDFpen was chosen for its OCR capabilities, ease of adding annotations, ability to export back to Word, and the ability to create/edit forms. The user interface isn’t the best of the apps that were tested, but the power user features overcome any lack of polish.
