Nest Temperature Sensor

One of the major problems with most thermostats is that they are often in places that aren’t the best for temperature readings. This can lead to “warm spots” or “cold spots” around the house. If you have a Nest Third Generation or a Nest Series E, you can now add a remote temperature sensor.

Ecobee has offered this for a while, but I am glad to see Nest develop a product similar to it. You can put them in multiple rooms, and then choose priority rooms inside the Nest app.

The Nest Remote Sensor is available for pre-order from the Nest Store for $39. It’s only $29 if you buy it alongside a Nest Series E.
