I’ve had a lot of great (and not-so-great) BBQ in my life, of all kinds and from places all over the US. Easily one of the most memorable was my visit to Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que back in 2018, which is one of the few times I’ve waited in a line out the door and felt it was totally worth it. Can’t wait to go back someday and get another Z-Man sandwich.

In the meantime, being able to use their sauce at home is exactly what the doctor ordered. This stuff is second to none, with a slightly sweet taste that has just enough kick and tang to keep you coming back for more…and more…and more… You’ll wish you could bathe in this stuff, to be honest. Put it on pork, chicken, or if you wanna go true Kansas City style, burnt ends. It goes good on anything.
