Impossible Road for iOS is one of those games that’s simple to pick up but fiendishly difficult to master (or even get slightly less terrible at).

You control a white ball that travels down a winding, twisting blue road. Touching the left side of the screen makes you go left, the right side makes you go right. Try to stay on the road, or if you fall off the side, try to make it back onto the path below (or bounce off it) before the screen fades to white. It sounds so easy right? Wrong. In no time you’ll be extremely frustrated but you’ll keep coming back for more.

As of this writing (July 1st, 2015), Impossible Road is just $1 on the iOS App Store, down from $2.
