Google Docs

Over at The Sweet Setup, Google Docs was picked as the best online, collaborative document editing suite. I’m getting a bit older, but technology seems to have grown leaps and bounds since I was in school. I started college in 2003, and online document editing was a flash drive with a whopping 128 MB of space that cost $70. Flash forward to 2016, and we have a wealth of options for online document editing.

Google Docs isn’t perfect (especially on iOS), but it’s still the best when it comes down to simplicity, power, and rock solid collaboration. I tried a lot of different options, and I just keep coming back to Google Docs.

You can download the iOS apps for free on The App Store. You can also start writing in the Google Docs web app.
