“Good to Great” by Jim Collins

In 2007 when I took the job as director of marketing for the International House of Prayer, the first books I read was Good to Great by Jim Collins. I was confident in my ability to run and plan marketing campaigns and ideas, but I was very new to leading and managing a team. This book was a fantastic resource to me, and it taught me several things about management, organization, leadership, and focus which were tremendously helpful in my new role.
