The folks at FINEX recently applied their signature octogonal design to a 5-quart Dutch oven that pours and cleans with ease.

This thing is literally heavy duty: It weighs 16 pounds empty and is thick all the way around — both of which are features all their own, allowing the oven to retain heat beautifully once you get it there and making it essentially indestructible.

FINEX takes the whole “pre-seasoned” thing seriously too, with every Dutch oven arriving double-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil so you can use it right away. Its octogonal shape lets you drain liquids and pour soups from just about any angle, and the stainless steel “Speed Cool” handles make it easier to bring to the table. You can use it on any kind of range, inside a “real” oven, on a grill, or directly over coals.

Beware though: At $300, this Dutch oven will set you back a pretty penny. Think of it as a lifetime investment.
