The bottom of this induction-compatible stockpot is clad in aluminum for fast and even heating, and the rubber-coated handles are great because they’re grippy and keep you from burning yourself if you accidentally come in too hot (pun intended) without a mitt on. I also like the see-through lid so I can keep an eye on what’s going on inside.
And make no mistake, this thing is HUGE. It’s plenty beastly enough to handle any soups, stocks, chilis, shrimp boils, all the potatoes, or anything else you wanna make an enormous amount of. Throw a whole dang turkey in there if you want. The only real problem is figuring out where to store the thing.
