Caran d’Ache x Paul Smith Limited-Edition “Artist Stripe” 849 Ballpoint Pen
Swiss stationery company Caran d'Ache teamed up with British fashion/product designer Sir Paul Smith to produce a limited-edition line of pens, which take their classic 849 ballpoint pen and apply a body color scheme based on Smith's eye-catching “Artist Stripe” motif.
Colorful finish aside, these quality pens sport the same slim hexagonal barrels and distinctive pocket clips of the original 849 pen, and each one is presented in an ultra-thin aluminum case 3D-sculpted to fit this pen specifically.
Inside the pen is a Goliath medium blue ink cartridge that promises to last up to 600 A4 pages.
